I am going to try switching from google forms to my breeding app. This will be a trial to see how it goes....I have had many people tell me the google forms is not working and wont let them send in the application after all that work. So I am trying my breeding app I use for my contracts and dogs. Please bare with me..

Here you will find the link to the retired breeding dog application. We usually retire 2 dogs per year. Some of our dogs are great with everyone, people and animal. While others do not like kids or lg dogs. We do our best to place our retired dogs in homes we think best suites our dogs needs.
